If you call us before your pieces are printed, we can show you ways to lower your mailing costs by designing and printing your pieces with postal regulations in mind.

INVENTORY CONTROL:

Your inventory is accurately maintained with the help of our computerized inventory control system. You may be able to save time and money by buying in larger volumes and storing your regularly used material in our warehouse. Your monthly inventory report makes your job easier by showing your current balance, reorder levels and suggested reorder quantities.

ON-GOING POSTAGE TRACKING:

We keep track of your postage on our computer system, eliminating the need to figure every mailing project to the penny. If a balance remains in your account, you will receive a report explaining the balance, and you can simply apply that balance to your next mailing.
